Hi there! I'm Jennifer - AKA - "Bokashi Jen".

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my husband and our dog.

I started bokashi composting and worm composting in 2021 after moving from a condo to a townhouse.

I graduated from the county's Master Composter/Recycler training program in 2023, where I learned about various composting methods, local recycling guidelines, and interesting topics like green cleaning.

My dream is to establish my own worm farm focused on breeding redworms for composting, producing high quality vermicompost (worm castings), and offering community education on composting-related topics.
